February 13, 2020 at the Primary School Stefan Żeromski in Strawczyn, according to ancient tradition, a carnival party took place, which reminds of the end of the period of balls, masquerades, processions and games. The carnival itself historically begins most often on Epiphany and ends on Tuesday before Ash Wednesday. The name carnival comes from the Italian carnevale, meaning remove meat. So this is a farewell to meat before the beginning of Lent.
This blog represents views experience of Erasmus + school partners.
