As part of the Erasmus + Mult'culture-Promote Education for Cultural Heritage project at Szkoła Podstawowa im. Stefan Żeromski in Strawczyn, we celebrated the World Composer's Day. On this occasion, our students prepared posters and short multimedia presentations that reminded the greatest Polish composers: Fryderyk Chopin, Karol Szymanowski, Witold Lutosławski, and Krzysztof Penderecki. The youngest could also learn the history and work of the greatest Polish composer, Fryderyk Chopin, listen to his music and make his poster during computer classes. Here is a short photo report:
This blog represents views experience of Erasmus + school partners. Countries with a rich cultural and historical background (Portugal, Greece, Italy, Poland and Romania) joined this project willing to support this initiative. The major aim is to encourage children to a common European space and to raise pupils' awareness about our European identity, Using culture as a tool to improve the students' academic performance combined with entrepreneurial activities designed to obtain.
