Mult'culture-Promote Education for Cultural Heritage

This blog represents views experience of Erasmus + school partners. Countries with a rich cultural and historical background (Portugal, Greece, Italy, Poland and Romania) joined this project willing to support this initiative. The major aim is to encourage children to a common European space and to raise pupils' awareness about our European identity, Using culture as a tool to improve the students' academic performance combined with entrepreneurial activities designed to obtain.

Students of the Primary School in Strawczyn in the Youth Council of the Strawczyn Commune.

November 28, 2019 in the Strawczyn Commune Office a new Youth Commune Council started its activity. The school in Strawczyn was represented by its representatives elected at the end of September in democratic elections: Z. Dąbek, A. Jarząbek and K. Wawrzeńczyk in the care of Mr. K. Siwek. At the first meeting in the presence of the head of the Strawczyn commune Mr. T. Tkaczyk, Chairman of the Commune Council Mr. G. Stępień and guardian of the Youth Council of the Commune and Deputy Chairman of the Strawczyn Commune Council Mr. D. Gad, there was a solemn nomination for councilors and the election of a chairman and 3 vice-chairmen. Our students will have the opportunity to see for themselves what democracy is, what work in the local government looks like, what competencies and tasks are borne by councilors. Working at the Strawczyn Youth Council, they will also be able to act for the development of their "little homeland" and change its face and learn democracy.
