For this entrepreneurial activity we invited Mrs Chara Voulkaki, businness advisor in OAED (Manpower Employment Organisation). Mrs Voulkaki taught our students of the 5th and 6th grades on how they will start their own business.
She
gave them information about topics such as a business plan, where they can find
the money to start, what are the characteristics of the succesful businessman
or businesswoman etc.
The lesson was completed with the team working on a specific idea of a student who has the dream to open his own restaurant.
It was an interesting introduction to the field of economics, something that is missing in this level of education.
