March 9, 2020 at the Primary School Stefan Żeromski in Strawczyn, as great tradition dictates, was celebrated with a slight slip "Women's Day". There were flowers, sweets and a wonderful cake, as well as reckless performances of our students. Our students, under the watchful eye of the students' self-government, made sure that the whole ceremony had the right setting and was at the highest level. There were beautiful songs performed by soloists and school choir, recitative, dance and music performances as well as sports performance shows. And it all began with the lectors presenting the history of this beautiful tradition, which has its roots in ancient Roman matronalia. Let this beautiful holiday, as tradition says, falling on March 8 lasts until the end of the world and maybe even longer.
