Italian students are learning entrepreneurial skills. The children had the task of setting up a flea market to help the animals of the Amazon forest in danger of extinction. Each child made a souvenir and set a selling price. Divided into teams they completed a purchase plan by establishing how many souvenirs to buy to make their own market. They calculated the total expenditure to buy the material from the suppliers and eventually went to the bank to collect the necessary money.
This blog represents views experience of Erasmus + school partners. Countries with a rich cultural and historical background (Portugal, Greece, Italy, Poland and Romania) joined this project willing to support this initiative. The major aim is to encourage children to a common European space and to raise pupils' awareness about our European identity, Using culture as a tool to improve the students' academic performance combined with entrepreneurial activities designed to obtain.
