Class IIB placed entries in the Erasmus + project diary.

As part of the Erasmus + Mult'culture-Promote Education for Cultural Heritage project, class IIb students entered their impressions and project activities.

Watching famous films. Italy.

In all the five schools of our Institute students watched important films for the culture of our country.
The youngest children watched “Pinocchio”, other choose “Leo da Vinci” a cartoon inspired to Leonardo Da Vinci, made by a group of artists of our area. 4th grade students watched “La vita è bella” by Roberto Benigni that won 3 Oscar Prizes.  5th grade students watched “Bartali: l’intramontabile”.

Watching a theatre play. Italy.

The oldest students attended a play in French language “Oranges ameres”: a story that comes from the Mediterranean, the sea that does not divide peoples and lands but connects them.

Entrepreneurship and creativity. Italy.

The fourth-grade children of Gastaldo primary school had to find ways to make a placemat to give to our guests next February, using pieces of coloured paper. They fielded their entrepreneurial skills in finding appropriate solutions and at the same time they creatively dealt with the hamlets.


News in English. Italy.

After brainstorming in Italian, students selected the most representative sentences and, with the help of teachers, translated them into English and created posters and videos that could be shared with their European colleagues.

Reading poems. Italy.

Grade 5 students learned more about Giovanni Pascoli, the Italian poet and the characteristic figure of Italian literature at the end of the 19th century. They read and learned his famous poem "Le Ciaramelle" by heart. Then they made drawings inspired by the poem and prepared a poster.

Presentations about famous people. Italy.

Fifth grade students made a poster about an Italian Jewish chemist Primo Levi, a partisan, a Holocaust survivor and a writer. He was the author of several books, novels, short story collections, essays and poems. His best known works are "If This Is a Man".
